Pay & Perks
It pays to join the Akro-Mils Team!
- Entry Level Base Pay – Day Shift: $16.37 /hr.
- Entry Level Base Pay – Night Shift: $16.37 /hr. + $1 Differential
- $1,000 Signing Bonus will be given to new employees hired in July and August 2021
- $2,000 Signing Bonus for Veterans
- Attendance and Overtime Bonuses applied directly to weekly checks
